Set a long term goal to create something. It could be something you have repressed for ages. Give yourself a couple of months to do it. Do a little bit each week. Reward yourself in the process. Take yourself to dinner or buy a new beauty product to encourage that feel good feeling. The rewarding helps your mind to learn that finishing tasks lead to rewards and gets your closer to your goal. But creativity. Creating anything from scratch. If you have an idea, make it happen.

A highly respected Tibetan Buddhist Lama , Drupon Thinly Ningpo Rimpoche said better to meditate 10 minutes every day rather than an hour a couple times a week ... why ? Consistency ; he said it's better to be CONSISTENT with your meditation and that if you can manage 10 or 15 minutes every day , then you are doing better than someone who can do a couple hours several times a week .

I have moon 4th house squares 7th house moon , emerging my Saturn return and so far noticed that relationships with men are shaped by my childhood traumas (parents with mental health issues) and fear of poverty. I felt unworthy, depressed, low self esteem and unhappy which affected me physically. They couldn’t fulfil, respect or reciprocate my need for stability. Don’t know what to expect for the return though!!! Right now I’m trying to be self sufficient as possible, to protect my mental health and independence .

Thanks Honey! Can you please do Mars in Libra? Also, I'm often tired but this past few weeks it's just been out of control. I slept through my Jupiter conjunct MC transit😢 because I'm just EXHAUSTED. My question is, does the south node transit conjuncting my 15 degree Mars have anything to do with fatigue? I already have natal Saturn at a 0 degree orb w my Mars too but this is just extra... Any very basic insight is much appreciated 🙏🏿🌸

The south node transits often release a lower octave of the planets it transits. So with Mars always being slower in Mars or passive, the south node highlights this. This will also be the case when the south node reaches your Saturn. Restrictions heightened, things from the past coming up, self limitation etc. But that Jupiter transit combined with the south node crossing your Mars, your transits could be saying “slow down, chill”. It’s okay to take this time to rest. The rest can often mean your energy needs to be saved for something later. Always listen to the energies! In the mean time, defo take some fluorine tea or iron supplements so you don’t feel so bad in the process of rest! Hope this helps 🩵

Incorporate meditation within your daily routine. You see how Muslims pray several times a day and can often have pray rooms at work? You need to take your spirituality as serious as that. It’s okay to take the time out of your day for yourself to meditate or whatever your spiritual practice is.
I have a 5th house mars in Pisces ( and conjunct the sun) andddd when my mental health has been a lot better since I became HIGHLY spiritual over the last 8 years. I still get sad cause I have mental health issues but at the end of the day no matter what I know god and my ancestors got me

I have a cap moon and sag mars. I do notice that I tend to listen to spiritual and bible podcasts and I always feel better but my cap moon gets me depressed where I need to ride out my mood. add my cap rising and its resting bitch face.
You’re already doing what your Mars is supposed to do. The moon is linked to your safety so your moon doesn’t feel safe to feel good. You need to work on setting some goals every 3 months for your moon to feel responsible and accomplished. Set tasks weekly. Every week when a task has been completed, REWARD YOURSELF. The reward process should be an investment back into yourself. Not retail therapy or a burger. Something that is going to be good for you and that you won’t forget. But remember, we’re human we have highs n lows. Give yourself compassion. You know how to get out of it and when it reverts back, remember the goals.

Someone in another comment answered it perfectly, but you wanna get into some type of competitive or healing sport. Do a lot of self care activities. Get a massage, get a pedi, yoga practice, spend quality time with a loved one.
I just had Neptune square my sun, it’s passed that now but is now exactly conjunct my Asc and exactly opposite my Moon, when it goes retrograde it will be square to my Sun again only to re visit my Asc and moon afterwards, only then to be square my natal Neptune, I am very creative so I have been doing a lot more art, and a lot more drinking 🤦♀️ however luckily because of astrology I am very self aware. It’s been a strange time and I have been so tired
saturn conjunct moon at 0 degrees, i struggle to share anything in therapy and in general don't share much cause the worst thing i can feel is that I have caused others pain due to my own issues. when i was younger I was a lot more open in relationships and just saw people get hurt. so.. its really challenging for me. Also astrologically speaking anyone who has an aspect to my moon will also be hit by saturn..

So my mars is in Leo in the 12th house exactly conjunct my south node, and the pair are 3° from my ascendant at 29° Leo. My Scorpio Pluto in the 3rd is square my Leo sun in the 12th, inconjunct my gemini moon in the 10th, and sextile to a saturn/neptune conjunction (both retrograde) in capricorn which is intercepted in my 5th house. And just to pile on even more that saturn is inconjunct my sun and opposite chiron intercepted in cancer in the 11th house. That neptune is inconjunct my moon Gemini moon in the 10th. At 35, birthday was a couple sundays ago (♌️), im just getting a handle of what It's gonna take to keep me away from bouts of depression.

I have Mars in Cancer (7th) for hobbies I do Hot yoga, steam room and sauna sessions, boxing, swimming, meditation by water- anything that allows me to sweat while also invigorating me. I found that all these things help me to express that energetic Mars energy while also allowing me to honor the flow/fluid energy of cancer. Hope this helps ✨. I also have Chiron conjunct my mars so it all really healing for me.
Give yourself something to work towards. Preferably a 3 month goal with weekly tasks. Capricorn needs something to work towards and it needs to be smashing goals.

You need to invest in a really good therapist. This is why I asked first bc some people require long term therapy. There are moon aspects/placements that make it harder to release depression. Please find a therapist. I’d also invest in a flight ticket (if you can). Do some travelling. Different environments can be really helpful. Travelling alone is better.

@@HoneysAstro I would like to do this but because saturn square my moon and it's in my 3rd house, it seems like people don't like/want to hear me. Especially when it come to my feelings. They always disregard what i feel. And they want to shut me (saturn square mercury). And with pluto in my 11th house, i don't have friends. So i always talk with myself alone. And i help me heal (i think the angels help me).
This is something that you’re gonna have to work on. We can blame people all day for how they make us feel but that’s giving them power. If you wanna feel empowered, you need to demand a listening ear. You need to make it clear that someone is not listening to you. Regarding friends, there are billions of people on this earth. You can make friends online these days. Joining groups. Downloading friendship apps. There are ppl out there who feel like you. You’re not alone but you are the only person to take yourself out of your situation. Can’t blame others. 🩵
