Thank you Dr. Sahab. Most people, even many so called motivational speakers think that depression or anxiety can be eliminated just by changing mindset. But actually it has actual biological and chemical causes for which patients are not responsible.

Hlw dear, I also suffered from it...but in the starting my doc prescribed me ssri twice +Lithium 400mg twice + 1 sleeping pill for 20 days ,then after 20days he prescribed 1snri +2ssri + 1 slpng pill then after 20 days he prescribed me wellbutrine or bupron xl 150mg once in a day with 1 slpng pill...I swear it was a miracle pill 4 me, I again went into life...don't lose hope ask ur doc to prescribe wellbutrine

I recommend to each & everyone and have personally experienced & cured from this 7 days therapy of surah 'Al-rahman'. I used to face multiple health issues like stress, anxiety, fear,negative thinking,insomnia & indigestion . But this therapy has today made me a new person all together, full of hope, enthusiasm, zest , positive thinking & to a top of it a better understanding human . HOW TO LISTEN: Close your eyes and imagine yourself in presence of GOD and listen surah "Al-rahman" in the voice of qari abdul basit with great concentration & focus . When the recitation ends , open eyes , take half a glass of water. Again close your eyes and say NAME OF GOD thrice in your heart & drink water in 3 sips. Take water this way every time after listening to the recitation. ~KALIM

Dear sir i beg you to make a video on how parents can help their depressed child by their behaviour . My parents think my symptoms of depression as my inherent behaviour to escape day to day work hence they do not take my 5 years old depression seriously and taunt me every then and now. Life has become hell for me without their suppory and even aggravates my depression.

Same here puneet.. Not only I was suffering from depression.. There were 11 different mental issues.. Since 2011 I wanted to get treated but family members didn't allowed me to take medicines more than 1 month when things were getting better they asked me to stop n then my situation worsen.. Then my family members said you should have never taken the medicine... Kaise help kare apna samajh nahi aata.. Sab koi faltu ka motivational advices dete rahete hai.. Bina problem jane. After 11years now I am in hell.

I recommend to each & everyone and have personally experienced & cured from this 7 days therapy of surah 'Al-rahman'.
