There is a SWAT team already, it's just not used a lot due to the shortage of guys that can be on the server at once.

This is one of the best law enforcement episodes. That warehouse interior is a good one! Would love to see Polecat & Buggs take advantage of that in the future. Would be a good HQ for their stolen car episodes. I think there are one or two other warehouse interiors that can be used as well.

I love the dispatcher. She does her job so damn well. I love the eviction that was a great call. And I haven't even finished I'm only 17:37 in. I hope I get to join Doj one day. I don't have a PC yet or a gaming headset or even a controller. Great job Polecat324 and keep up your great videos.

In CA, a landlord must first give a written 3-day notice of rent due. Then the landlord can only proceed through lawsuit. They must wait 30 days beyond the 3-day notice before doing so. Then documents must be filed with the court and served on the tenant. The tenant has 5 days to respond. If no response, or a judge sides with the landlord, the landlord MUST file the necessary documents with the Sheriff Dept before the tenant can be legally removed from the property. And not having water makes the place "uninhabitable", for which the tenant can legally withhold rent.

I've been following up these videos for a long time now, and I'm really amazed by the epic effort done to organize these scenarios. And its only getting better and better. I'm hoping anyone would point out channels of the other people involved in doj law enforcement? I'd like to watch different angles since buggs isn't involved.

Lol, Polecat had it way wrong in this one. If an landlord doesn’t supply the required services, they broke contract and you do not have to pay. Failure to supply water, a required to live service, then you do not have to pay and you can sue them stupid. In souther states, you can get rich off of a landlord failing to fix the a/c in a timely manner.

Just a tip, when entering a room in a stack, never call out what side you plan on going to, the lead man needs to be free to go where the threat is and everyone else goes off him. Good video though, I really enjoy them. 👍🏼

A suggestion polecat---If you've ever seen cops they talk about the call they are going to you should do that when your responding to the call and when the people talk you can listen but I think it would bring more realism in my opinion

With his eviction notice, he should've also been issued a trespass warning so he can be arrested immediately upon returning for any reason That's what an officer should ask for when he arrives

Awesome Episode Polecat. Btw here up in Canada the Landlord needs to provide functioning plumbing, functioning Heat and be able to repair certain utilities free of charge not sure how the law regarding Landlord/ Rent and such is in the US?

Hey polecat just thought of a new idea for law enforcement. So you go to a call for a possible hostage situation. As police arrive they breech and the suspect invites them in. When they come in there is already planted c4 on the walls of the room and the suspect is holding the trigger. This could work for both criminal or law enforcement episodes but I want you to finish the story with the polecat twist. Another great episode bud and love every doj video u put out. Take care bud

I believe heating is considered a luxury, so you cannot withhold rent for that, but water is essential (or whatever the term is), for which you can withhold rent. I've seen too much Judge Judy.

Polecat Yes old video, but little info for evicted someone for the future,, the tenant has the right to stop paying rent if his or her house is not live able or if he asked for something to be fixed and hasn't been fixed, they would have to go to housing court but he can't be forced out of his apartment for that reason, so the tenant was in the right there
