This sheriff and the judge should be charged with deprivation of rights under color of law, and sent to prison...

Government officials should start acting like they work for us and stop acting like they run us.

The clerk and sheriff were great and very professional. The court house deputy guard was a little upset.`

That black deputy when he puts on that uniform and had sworn his oath to the constitution he became a public servant and gave up any personal rights he thought he had!!! This cop is pi$$ poorly trained and needs a redo or firing !!!! His ego is getting in the way of the law and common sense, and it sounds like the sheriff is a liar also, Sheriffs do not make laws and neither do judges, according to the constitution a state or federal legislature is the only body that can legally make a law !!!! It sound like this sheriff assumes he has more power than he does !!!

That kind of signage you saw at the door-- bay area transparency and another auditor was able to have those kind of unconstitutional posted stuffs be tear down and it was the mayor order to put it and they confronted that mayor !!!

The security guard doesn't have the right to ask to not be recorded in public

A statute that states that the sheriff is the custodian of a courthouse building? No such statute exists in any jurisdiction. LIES LIES and more LIES.

If he has a right for you not to record him then by his reasoning you have a right to ask him not to look at you as he would then be recording you in his memory!!!
