I will never understand why someone is willing to forfeit their life by getting into a gunfight with an officer instead of just taking some charges and dealing with it
Psychopaths are wired different. They have way less inhibition. That's why they have no guilt when victimizing others but it also means they are less afraid of harm to themselves.
@@bluesmoke9309he shot at the police trying to kill them and they were even being soft towards him. You are coming across as dangerous as that suspect was, but he dead now
I wouldn’t call that in “or” situation. A situation where a suspect kills a cop and gets away is almost nonexistent. In a stop where an officer or suspect is killed, suspects are disproportionately killed more than cops. It’s not even close. The scenarios are: Suspect doesn’t shoot at all, cop shoots and kills suspect. Suspect fires but misses or only injures cop, cop shoots and kills suspect. And a rarity, suspects shoots and kills cop but other cops shoot him and kill suspect. And an even rarer situation, suspect kills cop and he’s temporarily free enough able to drive another location. This doesn’t happen much. Usually a chase entails and suspect is killed later. The suspect never kills the cop where he’s able to escape a few months off the grid. What does this mean exactly? Perhaps suspects have more empathy regarding taking a life, and/or they don’t want a murder charge. Cops have nothing to lose - they just need that slightest reason for self-defence and they’re clear. You’d think it’d be 50/50, though. Or 70/30. No. It’s 99/1.
@@VigilanteVeganPeople who think it would be 50/50 or 70/30 would be absolute idiots. That moron got off the first shot, and look what happened. He missed.
@@VigilanteVeganwhat you are missing is that cops have to deal with every kind of character possible. And it’s really hard to tell when a person is being deceptive. It’s all very well to watch at a distance and judge them but it’s a highly dangerous job precisely because they are dealing with people who are facing devastating consequences for their actions and who may do completely irrational things to try and evade those consequences. You have to understand that because they are often dealing with extremely vicious people a cop has to appear strong. A dangerous suspect Will pounce on any perceived weakness. Yet when a cop is approaching an unknown suspect they don’t know if the suspect is harmless or a heartless killer. The cop may be too tough on an innocent person or too soft on a hardened criminal but the cop often doesn’t know for sure who is who and even when they know a suspect is bad the suspect can be so cunning as to make the cop feel sorry for them and drop their guard. You need to understand their job is tragic because they see the very worst humans can do and they have this incredible load of trying to protect us all from people who will rape, torture and murder you and many of them be proud of doing this to you. Of course you get bad cops and there are questions about cop culture but they are employed to catch people many of whom are literally beasts and that is a horrific job

Well if there is a time for anyone to be pathetic it’s after a shocking circumstance like that. It’s incredible the police were able to kill the suspect without accidentally killing her too. Her mind must have been made mush by what happened around her.
first off - crown vics must be wolves in sheep’s clothes-they can’t be destroyed - police depts run the phuck out of them and then they wind up being driven by civilians for another lifetime … more importantly, who was successful in giving the road lizard a toe-tag ??
Why do cops pull guns on blacks and kill them in front of a nation cops do this to arm and unarmed African Americans. Again the cop pulled the driver over… wtf is he at the passenger window???? The passenger was not driving. The racist ass cop saw a black man with a honky and he didn’t like it and he was never gonna let him go🤬
Excuse me…. Did the cop pull the passenger over for the violation or the driver??? If he pulled the driver over why is he at the passenger side trying to start shit
@@marsswep2794 He did pull the driver over, so why did the passenger decided to pull a gun on the cop? The cop must've been asking him questions and asked for his ID, or this guy just decided he wanted to take out a couple of cops. I have no idea what his motivation was.

A known gang leader had a book of criminal charges. “From 2011-2021, Pierce had been arrested numerous times for a myriad of violent crimes included kidnapping, armed robbery, attempted murder (multiple counts), burglary, unlawful carrying of a pistol, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, pointing and presenting a firearm, discharging a firearm into a dwelling, resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer, possessing a stolen firearm and many others.” South Carolina’s broken system keeping a known criminal on the streets and not behind bars.
That officer put on a clinic on how to evade, use cover and brilliantly reposition himself dynamically into the most advantageous position. thank you for protecting the public from this outlaw.
It was terrible training. Watch it again and you can see he came around the vehicle and was looking at the building (or something in the complete opposite direction) instead of the suspect shooting at his partner. Once he finally realized the man was basically in the exact same position he was 3 seconds ago, he reenganges with one hand instead of two (why you'd use a less reliable shooting position is beyond me. I have no idea why he went from engaging him from the driver side effectively to basically loosing his mind and making the worst decisions after that. He's lucky he got that head shot on him and the suspect was preoccupied with his partner. Lots of lessons to be learned. Thankfully they took the trash out and recovered.
Mad respect to deputy Cubbage for reacting so quickly and smartly, going on the ground for cover but still gathering information on the suspect location from looking under the car. Also mad respect to his partner for having this quick turn around and shots at the suspect that made him back up, those two moves literally saved their lives and I'm so glad this story ends well for them.
The truth hurts but don’t blame the messenger. 6% of the population-Black Males= 53% of homicides, 74% of violent felonies. Thats 2019 FBI data folks (we know it’s worse now). YOU know it’s true, I know it’s true, THEY know it’s true, WE ALL KNOW it’s TRUE! Start calling it out!

This should have happened in 2011, right when this apple went bad, it should have had its core removed, like we saw happen now. Sucks that the perp was allowed to live a minute after his first crime, because now his b***h is probably suckling his bebe kids at home and they will try and sue or some sh!t.
The way that officer was running away but at the same time so aware of the situation that he dragged himself so low to the ground to be able to see under the car and figure out where the perp was, amazing job
That was some mighty fine shooting and positioning by that officer. The way he snuck around the car and popped up in front to shoot him through the windshield was very impressive.
Does it appear that his partner was hit with friendly fire? You can see him jump, while crossing from front of perp vehicle towards the passenger side. At that point, the two officers were diagonal to each other.
It was a beautiful day. The officer was being friendly. This man decided to end his life and injure and endanger everyone around him for no reason. These officers had to fight for their lives for no reason. Even with the best outcome, this was still a tragedy, all because someone choose to be evil. I'll never understand how someone can look at this world, their life, and decide to throw it away over nothing.
Thats what happens when a person never tasted true consequences. This man has so many serious charges yet he's still walking the streets. Actually not anymore..
As a young black man I’ll say Bravo officers, respect ✊ If he is able to do this to the police can you imagine what he was doing or will do to a regular individuals like us

The officer was being so friendly. How could any human being be so cold that they'd shoot someone who is treating them in such a friendly manner? That could be the true definition of a monster. 😢
I was wondering the same thing. Everything was going fine until it wasn’t. Dude knew he had a gun and wasn’t supposed to have one which is why he didn’t want to get out the car.

If the passenger had just kept quiet and calm, they might have been let go with a warning. But he started getting nervous and "squirrelly", and basically panicked. Apparently, for no other reason than the proximity of a cop. I'm assuming he had open warrants or something, and was afraid of being ID'd. But most cops on traffic stops aren't even going to ask anything of a passenger unless they sense something is wrong... like excessive and somewhat suspicious lack of paperwork on the driver's part, and a general sense of tension. The guy who got killed was a known gang member with a long criminal record. It had to do with more than just expired tags. The cops asked him to exit the vehicle, and it's likely he had an open warrant or something illicit in his possession. Once he exited the vehicle, it's likely he would've been detained and sent back to jail.
It wasn’t just expired tags though, he had that gun on him so if/when the cops found it he would’ve been screwed but not as bad as he screwed himself by trying to take on two cops in a gunfight. Lol
