This deputy is CLEARLY punching above his weight class. Apparently being a jerk is a prerequisite to be a deputy in this department. The tall deputy is smart enough to keep his mouth shut.
There is a federal statue that says you cannot have a firearm in a federal building. These sheriffs both have one, yet they are trying to compel you to stop recording the state employees in the official course of their duties during normal business hours. The double standard is palpable.

I don't usually comment on the videos but this video is AWESOME!!!!! This auditor has these folks in check! The disdain of the employees is unbelievable! The auditor is out of this world ! Genius and it's amazing how he knows more than the employees! They are just sitting around collecting a paycheck and not doing their jobs!!!!

It is incredibly difficult to believe the incompetence and unprofessionalism that those city officials and public servants demonstrate to their responsibilities as employees and servants to the public. I can imagine how and what they do behind closed doors. I'm sure that's the disdain they have for anyone with a camera. Shame on them all including the Tyrants.
They actually dont have a right to speak however they want when on duty. Garcetti v. Ceballos (2006) limits freedom of speech for public officials when on duty.
Indeed. If a health or fire inspector was told a mandatory-to-be-displayed document is 'on the website', the business would be failing its inspection and perhaps face fines and closure until the deficiencies were remedied.
I’m only a few minutes into the vid and the tyrant and thug gang member behavior by public servants is absurd. Failure to identify, disdain for the public, discourteous, volatile, not fit to be a trusted public servant to represent the safety of our communities. Most of these people don't want to do their job. Ignorance of state laws. Defiance, attitude, confusion. Drawing a paycheck, not performing 100% of their duties. Law enforcement has no business interjecting themselves or becoming a mediator between citizens & government. Their job is to monitor crimes that have been committed, being committed or about to be committed. I hope George does become Gov. one day, clean this mess up. It would set a precedent for other states.
And the FOIA officers don't know the law as well. Yet, they're trained and have a certificate to prove it. I wonder what other over stating of professional skills are being claimed to defraud the taxpayers.
It just blows my mind that they almost never have the required documents prominently displayed. It seems to me that the attorney general should be cracking down on these departments. Why are they not being held accountable and even prosecuted for blatantly breaking the law? If it was any citizen we would be held accountable, but yet they continue to collect their paychecks and yet not do their JOB. This behavior must be addressed.
If these law enforcement officers had any integrity, they would enforce the law and make the gov departments prominently display the required information.

Hey government employees who get a paycheck from the tax payers.... Instead of spending hours hassling a good citizen, how about just follow the statute and do what is required. You, government employees, are the ones in the wrong here, and the good citizen is in the right.
