In TRIGONOMETRY, (COSx)^2 + (SINx)^2 = 1; i.e, cos x square + sin x square = 1

@@larrymonyei5818 I think that didn't answer his question hahah, he was asking how he substituted in those f f' g g' to the numerator. The method is he simply did a quotient derivative (f'*g - g'*f) / (g*g)

I tried by the "h" definition and it went to infinity, didn't know a derivative that could diverge, I was the first to do that, probably

Can the derivative of tan x be done by first principle in terms of (sin x)/(cos x)? I tried, but before I got the end I could see that some how I was going to get the derivative of sin x.

I prefer using the product rule with the chain rule. (Sin(X))(Cos(X))^-1
