@Bijo Anivelil yes it has beef stock not DG and this is famous for the dry red wine from the bordeaux region ..... Primary int- beef stock 👍🏻 Will add this in 3rd part .
Hello Rupesh Is bit important to understand the sauce Alfredo and Bechamel Alfredo is an Italian Sauce which is made of butter, heavy cream and cheese. Water is never used is only use the pasta water for the consistency of the sauce .. For general word some people say as a white sauce but is not when comes to white sauce is the Bechamel.
