Derive a Valid Template for Hyperbola-related Area 

Demonstrate and develop a template to derive a hyperbola-related area. The template developed is specific to horizontal directed hyperbolas, centered at the origin, with limits from a vertex to a focal point.
The purpose of the channel is to learn, familiarize, and review the necessary precalculus and trigonometry/geometry topics that form a basis for calculus (with a focus on functions).
