You can still moisturize that bad boy back to life. Learning what acids do and like niacinamide, glycolic, and retinol really helps. Balance it out with masks once or twice a week.
Well let’s see how she ages now there’s a baby in the picture. Lol. I love my children and I love all the sleepless nights I’ve had because of them, but having children makes a difference on how we age/look. Also genetics on her part has a lot more to do with how she looks than her skin care. And also, she probably has Botox, etc. which is not bad, just saying aging that if she looks this good it’s not because of her skin care.
@@yoylos3p and about the having her newborn ..i think she will stick to her selfcare because it's important to her imo , and i'm sure the husband will take care of their newborn as much as she does ..also she has money she could also has a nanny or someone else to help her with the baby when her and her husband are busy ...conclusion having a baby doesn't mean you're gonna stop taking care of yourself ...if your selfcare is important just stick to it and manage your time and be organized so you won't look 60 when you're just 40 or 45 with a baby
This is very true. People will ask you or make fun of all the products you put on your skin and then when they see it's working for u . They want to turn around and throw it on their face expecting the same results within a day or two.
ik and its more than just buying the skincare. its getting the routine down and kicking bad habits like popping pimples, which for some of us is a constant battle. figuring out what your skin type is and then going through trial and error trying to find the right product. its more complicated than just throwing a bunch of tiktok approved products on your face. besides, out of all the skincare junkies ive seen at least i dont hoard products. i have some backups but not tons. my best advice is to find what works and stick with it. when another problem pops up then tackle that one. dont try and fix everything on your skin at once. skin dont like that.
Truth. When I worked in an office the guys at my desk laughed at me because I was putting sunscreen on my face before heading outside for lunch. They said because I was black, (they were also black, possibly around their 50s in age) I didn't need any and I'm too young. Then I told them I was 33 (at the time) and they asked to see my ID as proof. 😂
@@potato1084 That’s okay but you should still use sunscreen though wether you are asian, black or white. Sunscreen damage is no joke and having good genetics will not protect you from that. There are a lot of lightweight korean sunscreens and good simple cleansers on the market these days, your skin will thank you! Take it from someone whose skin looked worse at 19 then it does now at almost 25 😂 And all I did was wear the suncut Aqualy UV protect gel in the mornings before I would leave the house and cleanse with a simple CeraVe cleanser before bed at night. There is a reason why doctors these days will advice you to wear sunscreen all year round 😉
She just started using Korean skincare… you do know Korean skincare wasn’t a thing until like 5 years ago it started going viral. On top of that Koreans only had about 10 or less skincare brands compare to the hundreds that are appearing now.
I was same with my mom....everyone thought she was my elder sister n when she went out with my bro everyone thought him to be her boyfriend 😅😅😅😅😅beat that....son as a boyfriend 😂
if you started all of these products at once, without patch testing them first (or if you have sensitive skin), yeah, probably. building up a skincare routine (giving time before adding new products) and patch testing greatly reduces the risk of irritation. also using products formulated for the specific concerns you have skin-wise rather than using any product you can find (which could make things worse of course) reduces that risk.
Hydration is also VERY important for your skin bc it keeps it snapping back into place like a rubberband! (Helps prevent wrinkles!) Sunscreen is VERY important, too, of course! Use them together if you want to stay youthful.
I use a moisturizing cleanser and a beef tallow moisturizer that also has essential oils in it. And I do a clay mask once a week. That's it! I have very sensitive skin and break out so easily! My skin is loving this simplified skincare routine, and I frequently get mistaken for being much younger than I am.
So you don’t say anything of value. You just point, smile, and nod. You also didn’t credit the creator. There was just thee bottom scrolling text linking to any short that uses this audio. There was no verbal shoutout and no link in the description or pinned comment. Therefore this is freebooting. But because you are a doctor, that does not give you the right to ignore copyright. Also, I’m not criticizing you specifically. I comment something like this whenever I see freebooted content.
Love Jeenie. I'm 60 now and i wish that I would have been more informed at a younger age. In the 70's it was all about "baking" yourself in the sun and my irish skin paid the price😮
They use sunscreen religiously. It’s partly cultural, as pale skin is seen as more beautiful than tanned skin, whereas the opposite is true in America and we lay out in the sun and destroy our skin
I can never use both toner and essence cause it to heavy for my skin and it feel like my skin is over hydrated i just use cleanser, claymask, snail mucin toner, and face cream and that it sunscreen instead of moisturizer in the morning
still, she's korean, she probably has a routine that closely mirrors that one (without all the isntree products) considering she is actually 40 and looks like that.
Everyone laughs at my routine and amount of my skincare products, till I laugh back becaI have to take out my ID when they don’t believe my age😜 fighting ✌🏻
I have to show my ID sometimes but the most hilarious situation is when I finally show a photo of my tretinoine tube and me in the bathroom😆 otherwise, "I' m just googleing a random cream". When I say it' s 20€... 🤯🤣🤣🤣🤣
Babe I just use water and still have a baby face. Mostly down to genetics. It hasn’t been good as a young parent because people think I’m 15. Also I’ve worked retail and we ask for ID because we could get fined £5000 if you’re a mystery shopper not because we “can’t believe your age”. Sorry.
@@sebumpostmortem Ok-I'm off to Google the exchange rate-but Retin A is close to $100 for the smallest tube in America & it's gotta be a srs medical situation for alot of insurance companies to back the buy so it's all outta pocket 🤑 💜✌️
Great "reaction" here Doc, just plain video theft without even a shred of effort. Sure wish people would feel shame like they used to when they did scummy BS like this.
So I can personally confirm that the innisfree green tea products are amazing. I was suffering from excema around my eyes and started using their serum and lotion and it cleared it up and I haven't had a problem with it since. Not to mention the fact that I'm 51 and have soft, smooth, clear, mostly wrinkle free skin thanks to my skincare products. You should definitely give this brand a try.
I hope when I turn 39, my brain wouldn't try to compete with girls decades younger than me. There's a difference between the texture of somebody in their teens and 20s and their 30s and that's something I've already resigned myself to
Mmmm what? She's 39, not 69. Aging is a long process, your skin doesn't change overnight the day you turn 30, you know. And there's nothing you need to "resign yourself to" either: it's not an incurable disease. Also, "competing with girls decades younger"? What are you on about? People just like to take good care of themselves, it's not a competition. She's got beautiful skin, good on her!
I take extremely good care of myself and skin and do look younger, but I do it out of pleasure, not fear of ageing... I'm not "in competition" with anyone except myself, as should everyone.

jeenie's skincare routine is impressive for sure and so is her skin but, to be honest ive seen one 60 year old with impeccable skin and hair, he literally looks like hes 30. if youre wondering his name is hirohiko araki 😊
Acne wipes, glow serum, and lotion in the morning, cold clean washcloth before bed. My skin has been significantly clearer doing that, then when I used a bunch of stuff like her. Nothing against her, if it works, then great! Everyones skin is a bit different! Case in point, I'm fair skinned and burn easily, but sunscreen is too much oil and gives me acne, so I have a cute hat I like to wear and a parasol for sunny days.
I have seen people creating content while doing their makeup and can’t believe the amount of products that they use. I have sensitive skin as well as past allergic reactions so limit what I use. People didn’t believe that mild cleanser and water was my beauty routine and sunscreen during the day. Now that my skin is a bit dry, I will use a moisturizer but people don’t believe my age. Also, some people have good genes and avoid smoking and sun will always fare better than those that don’t.
Hey, you have to say Jeannie Mimi‘s name and give her some credit because most of the videos actually hurt also, the comment a few comments before this one and the one under this one are correct she just turned 40 she is in fact looking very young and she also just had a baby
I'm almost 40 but people guess me 21-22 all the time. I work at a hospital, happened twice today. Alot is down to good genes and being very petite. But I also had pretty brutal acne growing up so I've always put alot of effort into skincare. I've had to change up my skincare alot in the past few years since I FINALLY grew outta my acne and into my more adult skincare. But a good serum, eye cream & moisterizer/spf makes a BIG difference.
Same. People scoff at my 3 or 4 step routine, but also no one believes me I'm 35 and act like it's all genes. Genes may play a role, but I also have neurodermatitis (so basically cheonically dry and inflamed skin) and if I didn't take care of my skin as meticulously as I do, it would be drying out and cracking and I would definitely have more wrinkles.
