Idk if it’s effective as a sunscreen but this is the ONLY sunscreen that doesn’t break out my skin. Double cleansing with the cleasing balm from the same brand saves me from clog pores
As an everyday type of sunscreen, you can feel safe using it. I've even used it in the heat of summer on long walks and hardly appreciated a tan. I'd never purposely use it for that but I just thought I'd try and abuse it and was pleasantly surprised. A holy grail for sure.
@@meeniebaci2362 I have normal/ combination skin in the summer. but it can be rinsed off easily unlike some oil-based makeup remover I've tried in the past. also better than the Heimish balm I purchased recently (y)
@@meeniebaci2362 I have oily skin.I was scared of the dewy finish since I'm a matte girl all the way, but this sunscreen is so moisturizing that you can SKIP the step to moisturized l. Day: Vit C, then sunscreen. The dewy finish is not so bad, I end up looking like that when I moisturized anyways when I used sunscreen that I had to keep that step. Best for the winter with our skin type
Been using it for a few years now. One of the best sun screens ever. It doesn't feel like wearing sunscreen at all. Sometimes it makes me worry that i have no uv protection so i keep putting more on, but in reality it just isn't oily and thick like other sun screens
@@boutainalahmame215u could use it i have oily skin but it hets very oily throughout the day since in living in a hot and humid country maybe try skin 1001 centella serum sunscreen it is super lightweight prefect for combo to oily skin
does is feel sticky after you apply like whenever I apply a local sunscreen i have to apply powder on top cause it feels sticky. I'm thinking about buying it. does it absorb on skin like a moisturizer .
@@untitled.3 tbh all sunscreen are kinda sticky but this one is for me is lesser than others! It glides on very easily too. I don’t need to put on powder after using this at all (for a no makeup day) its very good I recommend it! I’m down on my 2nd tube but if u r really concerned with stickiness, they have their new sun stick product which is a matte finish!
This is the only sunscreen that my dry sensitive skin can tolerate. I have tried so many different brands of American and Korean mineral sunscreen and they all irritate my skin and I finally realized that it’s the mineral sunscreen that’s doing that. Once I switch to this sunscreen avoiding zinc and titanium my skin is completely fine ❤
I don’t even use a moisturizer I skip right to this sunscreen from my serum step (unless my skin is extra dry from weather). It makes my skin so incredibly soft and it feels so soothing on my sensitive skin, it’s absolutely incredible. Beauty of Joseon all the way!
I discovered it this year, we play a lot of sports and we're out all the time and I have sons who don't like touching their own faces so I use this and the deodorant stick version from beauty of Joseph and they're both spectacular!
I am already on my forth tube. It’s amazing… a few days back I forgot to apply it to my face b4 leaving the house n when I came back home my face was burning.. b4 when I didn’t use it.. I never noticed it but now even when I miss out just a single day I feel my skin complaining.. seems like my skin has become addicted to it.
I have a genuine question don't answer me if you aren't a dermatologist. My question is, my asain sunscreen just arrived in the mail. I live in AZ. It was PIPING hot. Like on fire feeling. It took like a month to get to me from China. I imagine it was super hot on its way to me and in the mail box. Should I toss or?
I didn’t have fungal acne but when I tried this it gave me fungal acne 😭. Thing is tho, all the hype is true it really is a great feeling sunscreen and it makes your skin look nice a dewy but not oily like there’s a difference and you can see and feel it. But I had a bad reaction to it unfortunately. I say it’s worth a shot though because you’ll never know otherwise and skincare reacts differently for everyone. But goodluck :)
Yes! I have dry skin and it leaves my skin feeling plump and hydrated nearly all day. But its not so intense that its greasy, at least for me. May be different for oily skin.
Can’t you just keep a link for the other video 😭 why do I have to scroll and hunt for that video amongst the many videos. Please. I would just not look at any video and leave but if you had the link, people like me can go and watch that video too. So you get more views
Do you trust that the Korean and Japanese sunscreens available on Amazon are legit? How are they able to sell those in the U.S. since the filters aren’t approved?
I wouldn’t trust the Asian sunscreens on Amazon. I think they always send fake or expired products. Now I always got to Yesstyle or Stylevana for any Asian sunscreens!
@@bdavison31 What website do you get it from? I want to try Stylevana as many RU-vidrs purchase from that site and have coupon codes, but I’ve heard mixed reviews from ppl saying shipping takes several months or they don’t get their order at all so I’m hesitant.
Does anyone know if it has a sunscreen-y smell? I'm looking for one that's not only fragrance-free but doesn't smell like sunscreen, since my old favourite non-stinky sunscreen was discontinued.
Is this non-comedogenic?? I’m currently on accutane and trying to find affordable sunscreens that are non-comedogenic and not pore clogging, what would you suggest??
i checked the ingredient list and according to cosdna, there are no comedogenic ingredients in this one. So, I think its safe for acne prone skin. My friend is on retinoids and he loves this sunscreen.
@@margotrobbie8582 it was my last resort to treat my acne. I’ve had combinations of all types of acne for more than 10+ years now, and I decided to finally take it after doing a lot of research and speaking to professionals about it.
Does anyone know why it burns my skin each time I use it (ive confirmed that its the sunscreen and not another product because i used it by itself) my skin turns red and it burns for like 20 minutes, i was really excited to use it but I don’t think I will anymore, any tips?
I have the same issue with the sunscreen! I researched a lot about it, wasn‘t able to find an explanation, till I stumbled upon a german article about Niacinamide. It sais that Niacinamide(which is an Ingredient of Boj sunscreen) can cause stinging or slight burning on the skin if the ph level is too low. Or if other products with niacinamide are part of your skin care Routine. Some people seem to be more sensitive to it, though an actual allergy does occur very rarely. I applied boj after a ph neutral toner or moisturizer and applied a thin layer of sunscreen , waited a Little and applied the next layer and so on. It doesn’t burn this way.
@@Nala_Uko Thank you so much, i'll definitely try it out, although i used to have niacinamide in my routine and i never had any reactions to it but i cut it out of my skincare routine because i didn't see any benefits, it may been have been at a lower percentage so that could have been why my skin never reacted to it.
It was tested in Korea and Spain. Off the top of my head, the lab in Spain tested it at 63 SPF. If you're still getting sunburned there are other factors to consider since this sunscreen is verified.
It isn't water resistant and definitely just for everyday use, not for long exposure to the sun such as going to the beach/ swimming pool or outdoor sports.
@@Rani.Dutta. this sunscreen is absolutely light weight but also makes skin greasy And sadly it clogged pores there’s bumps on my cheeks which I’m still working on since 1 week This sunscreen didn’t work on me and i have sensitive skin Only minimalist , dermaco , reequil suits my sensitive skin. I would say no to this sunscreen. Korean people mostly have dry skin So this would work on winter ig
@@Shantiiradhe sorry to hear it didn't work for you. I have been using this sunscreen for almost 10 days and I liked it. Surprisingly it does not clog my pores like the other sunscreens I used earlier. I have also tried minimalist spf 50 but it was heavy and clogged my pores. This is the first sunscreen that I am totally satisfied with.
