Maam let us suppose there is a patient admitted under Shivang. Usko koi emegency hoti hai toh shivang jayenge ya jiski emergency duty hai woh jayega doctor?
Both are almost same but only one things are different like DNB dermatology can never become teacher and MD dermatology can become teacher.. even others factors are similar. only these two factors are differ from DNB and MD dermatology
