@@4everhumbl36 oh of courseeeee, I’ve been there only to find out the case was weak and had I stuck it out a few weeks I wouldn’t of even had the conviction. My thing is, we lack that understanding that a lawyer is the only way to beat a case. That plea does nothing but help the conviction rate,. But because they know we broke, they know we on our ass, they gone make you sweat and they gone make you cop a plea. The biggest battle we should be fighting is the right to bond. If I’m broke, Tim or Chet shouldn’t be able to get out because they can buy their way out. Whether it’s murder, child support , pedophilia whatever. If it wasn’t no bond they’d be less crime.

Feds don’t hold punches, state on the other hand gets the majority of its convictions from plea bargains and snitching. If you gone move “illegal” don’t have a co defendant and get a lawyer and shut up. Shutting up and not saying shit is half the battle. I can’t tell you how many people who have gotten new sentences or additional time tacted on because they got sentenced and started talking to mfrs in jail because they think it’s over. None of them mfrs your friend, to me they maybe looking for information to get their time cut. But I do agree with you, I just say if you move a certain way you gotta be prepared for it to catch up.

Is definitely messed up How they waited until his birthday to charge him as an adult play that taxi pretty common from without seen in the county gaol where I live at because we would regularly get kids coming up on their 18th birthday because they had planned on charging this kid as an adult son said it take him to the juvenile facility they taken to the adult facility input the manage juvenile tank until their old enough to move him upstairs with the adults and charged him as an adult which seems extremely wrong to be planning on charging a child as an adult... Flashlight when it's for something as simple as a gun or drug charges (which is what a lot of them are...or robbery)
