I am not Kurdish from Rojhilat, but I have been study it. That dance originated from pra-Zoroastrian religion and then adopted by Qadiriyya order with interpretation on "Unity with God".
its a kurdish traditional day from eastern kurdstan, its a sufi song they call their masters in musical and some kind of dance way, and some ones call them idiot or slave relliogius , but to be honest they amazed me because when they call thier master gailany the cut themself with knife and swoard and they fell no thing like pain , once i saw a one three knife were enterd his head but he was still dancing ,i think there is mystery relatoin between them and thier master no one can understand exept them, in you tube say peri shalyar you see more abut them
@@dyar7660 It's iranian kurdish film, there are persian and kurdish atctors in it, but the languege is kurdish, that means even persian actors like Golshofteh Farahani speak kurdish in it
