Joint Filling Machine
1. The Joint Filling Machine has been designed to fill the cracks and joints on asphalt pavement, thereby improving the surface quality in the shortest possible time and with the lowest possible cost. Since it has different chamber capacities, they can be fabricated as on-board, towed or self-propelled models.
The product is operated by heating the joint/crack filler material placed into melting chamber, through a heat transfer oil, which in turn is heated by means of diesel burner. The fill material is melted with heat and applied to the road pavement. The application is realized through an electrically heated hand nozzle, connected to the main machine and the filling material is applied by the operator on the cracks by means of application iron at the tip of the nozzle.

3. Hydraulic energy used in the hydrostatic system, is supplied by a high performance diesel engine. Hydraulic hardware used is selected from the highest performing products.
4. The electric power is feed from an alternator coupled to the diesel engine.

6. We closely monitor advances in the-state-of-the-art and quickly adapt the same to our products. With a single button (located on the hand nozzle) and a single operator approach, we made operations very comfortable. The machine is capable of self flushing by the end of application.

Derz Dolgu Makinesi; asfalt çatlaklarını ve derz boşluklarını doldurarak, zeminin yüzey kalitesini kısa sürede ve düşük maliyetlerle artırmak amacıyla tasarlanmıştır. Farklı hazne kapasitelerine sahip olarak, araç üstü, çekilir tip veya kendi yürür tiplerde üretilebilmektedir. Ürünün çalışma prensibi, ergitme kazanı içine konan derz dolgu malzemesinin mazot brülörü kullanılarak ısı transfer yağının ısıtılması esasına dayanır. Bu ısı ile malzemenin ergitilmesi ve yola uygulanması sağlanır. Uygulama; makineye akuple elektrik ısıtmalı el-barı ile yapılmakta olup, bar ucunda bulunan ütü ile çatlaklar üzerine operatör tarafından uygulanmaktadır.
