Descaling Your Ninja Coffee Bar® (CF080 Series - 1 Hour Cycle) 

Followed the directions on your video & the clean light did go off! Sure hope this continues since I have tried various times to clean the Coffee Bar & turn off the clean light without success.

I own the CF086 series and the FLUSH message and the procedure that must be done afterwards is NEVER mentioned in the OWNER'S GUIDE.

I understand the first part: vinegar to travel mug line, water to max fill line. But do I set the knob to travel cup, half carafe or full carafe before hitting the clean button?

Does it work properly without that coffee cup? Or if I would to use another coffee cup?

I always use distilled water so i know there is no internal calcium buildup in mine. I did find a button holding key sequence a while back on the internet that instantly cleared/canceled the clean led without the full clean cycle, but can not remember or find it online now. If anyone knows please share. I'm sure Ninja will not disclose this.

The clean light comes on after every other use. Doesn't matter how many times I run the clean cycle with the vinegar and water mixture. Is there a way to do an extended clean cycle?

Is there a reason why when I press the clean button, it just flushes it right from the start?

Does anyone know if the lid to the carafe comes off? I was given the ninja coffee bar CF080A, but I'm not a coffee drinker (I'm keeping it for guests). I'm very unfamiliar with how a coffee maker works 😅 I want to make sure it's cleaned properly. If the lid doesn't come off, how would I properly clean the inside of the carafe??

I have one of these that the cln button will not come off. This is the most ridiculously annoying thing. I’ve cleaned it many times. How about you make a ninja that you can bypass that stupid cln signal and go back to the time.

My clean cycle doesn't work any more my machine is 7 years old and it just does a flush now while the clean light flashes. No countdown is displayed on the clock and it's over in a few minutes 😭

The fact that you only have 15 minutes to flush is absurd! You need to change this on your machines!

Totally irritated with the lack of customer service provided by Ninja and will post this everywhere. I have a CF085 machine that is less than a year old, still under warranty. I have gone through the cleaning process multiple times, to include the more advanced cleaning, yet the clean light remains illuminated and it says CLN on the display, never displaying the time. I have gone through troubleshooting with customer service and the problem persists. Ninja admits that the machine is defective, but they want to charge me for "freight charges" to replace my machine that is under warranty! Don't worry though, they are not making money on this shipping charge, it is a third party charge by FedEx. Excuse me? This product is under warranty still. I have complained to my credit card company and plan to write bad reviews EVERYWHERE. Don't waste your money on a Ninja Coffee Bar-They do not stand behind their products.

How to flush? It only gives me the 1hour cycle?

I don’t know what the F…. the guys responsible for this function we’re thinking!!! This is the most screwed up clean feature I have ever seen!! This will not make me a repeat customer!!! I have had so many issues with this stupid operation I’ve nearly on a few occasions thrown it out the door!!!

Fail. Missing instructions. It helps to produce a "good" video by understanding the product first. There are several other self-done videos on here that have full instructions.

it would be better if the support would take care of eliminating the famous "5 peeps" effect. is obviously an extreme design flaw in the machine. Instead, the moderator tells utter nonsense. so extreme nonsense that there are now even warnings about this video. "Do not use white vinegar" they say. he is too weak. nonsense. However, if you take more water and less vinegar than you HAVE to take - it won't work. the video shows a mix ratio of 1: 4. NOT CORRECT! It MUST be at least 1: 3 (1 part vinegar, 3 parts water) Exception: you use concentrated vinegar (which is not available in the USA in the form usual in Europe). Then you can also mix 1: 4. Second mistake: According to ALL US videos, you should "rinse" at least 2 times with vinegar. Only then rinse with clear water. You can also tell from this video: "Ninja" is a brand of a Chinese company that specializes in producing the cheapest mass-produced goods. As it is in your own company description.
