to be fair (not spoiling the fun mood), both ben and mal's feelings are justified in the 2nd movie. i mean both arent wrong but have a bit of...wrongness..??? like yh i get it for mal, almost her entire life is just having fun in the isle, breaking rules with her friends and then one day she got put in the auradon where they cant be as free as in the isle. ofc she and her friends wants to be good but it doesnt mean she wants to be a good good unlike her friends, i mean she is the leader of the VKs, she would feel homesick and too tired bcs I WOULD TOO 😭😭😭 like imagine being a rebel one day and then the next second you are going to be the queen. and for ben, well he just wants to make his girl happy by spoiling since he's busy with his schedule but doesnt realize that mal's struggle is literally keeping up with the jobdesc of her being a queen and ITS FINEEE. so yh anyway, love D2, probably should've been the ending for the descendants series but D3 is ok ig bcs i would be mad as hell too like audrey LMAO
