I dont know about living that way would cut it for me. Looks like a nice place but I think I'd miss the city ponds, meeting other local fishermen, a walk to the movies, ability to do many things that would not be possible out there. It does have it's upside and great things about it but on the scales, as for me, the beach tilts it every time.

Not yet. I have driven up to some of the lower workings but I have not been to the top. I know the current mine owner. He chimes in on these videos. I have other videos of us going into some of the mines.
