► Guess who's back! Today we are going to make a Desert Eagle Rubberband gun. It has got a removable magazine to store rubberbands in it and shoots in Semi-Auto.
► I really like this gun, because it has such a unique look to it. And of because it is a huge pistol!
► In this video I also show a short video of the CNC-Router I built over the time I was away.
►The core mechanism (Hook & Wheel) is made by the YT-Channel RBGuns. ( / @rbguns )

Good feeling to see you back on track with a new tool and a different Deagle style. :) Would be cool to see your selfmade cnc in some other projects; I think it is a very useful and precise machine. Wooden Weaponry hey I understand life gets busy! I love the Cad drawings as I can use them to make 3D printed versions of your stuff. Which also allows me to ad some nice details and such on guns. Haha I wish all your stuff was drawn in CAD!

Nice work! Wich Hardware and Software you used for CNC? Arduino based? You can try EstlCAM for making G-Code Programms, its perfekt for woodworking. Why you mill so slowly?

+Wal Wil I bought a set from Conucon.de which contained both software and hardware. I'm pretty sure it is Arduino based. for GCODE generating I'm using Fusion 360. I mill so slowly because that was like the second thing I ever made using the router and I wasn't quite sure about the speeds I need. Also the Z-Axis is not fixed properly, which I'm going to change today.

Du spricht also auch Deutsch? Es ist besser in mehreren Durchgängen zu fräsen, so kannst du schneller fahren und Kante ist sauberer. Ich nehme zum Beispiel 1.5 Fraser für bis zu 6 mm Materialstärke. Welche CAD Software nimmt du zum modellieren?

+Wal Wil Ja tue ich :) Ich benutze Solidworks, das bekommen wir als Maschinenbaustudenten umsonst. Danke für den Tipp! Bin noch etwas neu in dem Gebiet :D Wieviele Schneiden haben deine Holzfräser ?

Ich habe meistens "Maiskolben"- stiftfräser für Holz mit zwei schneiden vorn. Damit kann ich 2,3 mm tief mit Vorschub von 500-600mm/min fahren, hängt auch von holz ab. Für Plexiglas gehen nur einschneidige spiralfräser. Ich habe solidworks a probiert, bin aber mit Autodesk Inventor irgendwie schneller.

I am truly Sorry about this but I am extremely busy with my studies and my job as a tutor for Engineering Materials.. I am currently designing something new but I am not sure whether I'll be able to make this into a new video..
