Yes this has to be my favourite kit ever, so glad it came out free such a nice addition for all us long time players, especially the curtains and rods! Love these videos they always make my day :)

Also the basegame is going to be free forever (18th October)! The kit goes back to $5 a day before basegame goes free

@@Blairwtch the kit is only 5 dollars so thats good after the 17 the 18 itll go on sale for 5 dollars so the kits for people who already spent money on the sims basegame (i bought my sims for 5 dollars) so its worth it

For whatever reason, this build makes me think of--and want--desert luxe apartments or condos. Something about the multiple entrances onto the giant patio... makes me think of communal entertaining space with private living spaces off of it. Beautiful build!

Lovely build, just one quick question...Did you try downloading this from the gallery and placing it and if so do all of the boulders place or disappear? It's happened where items placed off the lot/or nearly off the lot disappear. Thanks.

I’ve just started playing sims 4 after playing 3 for ages lol. I don’t have a lot of the kits or packs yet so I appreciate that they made this free plus it’s amazing! ☺️

I love this kit soo much, I think the island pack and jungle pack go really well together and this fits right in there. I just built a house with those two packs like two days ago and then I got this pack, ugh wish I had it sooner lol.

Looks great, but I don't think the pool is functional because it's placed on raised terrain. I downloaded your base game build in Oasis Springs that had this feature and the Sims couldn't access the pool at all.

This is so gorgeous! Can't wait to place it as a rental lot in my game. It feels perfect for a desert vacation ☺️ Also I've seen some people use the new curtain rod piece over other curtains so it "replaces" the existing rods but you can have that same look for other curtains

I’m wondering if the texture is meant to be like, adobe? At least for the fireplace. Not sure about the couches. AZ girl born and raised and that’s what it reminds me of. The adobe style homes

The base game is going to be permanently FREE starting that day. I actually think that is a good thing. I feel bad for those who paid for it on launch though...only because I got mine as a christmas gift 🎁

A piece of advice to Xbox users who the kit isn't showing up for. Go to the gallery, select any lot that uses the kit, set the kit icon from that menu, and you'll be redirected to the Xbox store where you'll be able to claim the kit.

What makes me laugh is that I play on console and if I add certain gallery art it flags as cc used and then once I’ve uploaded it I can never see it again 😂

Just wondering if anyone else has this glitch: using the swatch tool on the pendant lights that came with this kit just turns it on and off instead of showing the other color swatches

Beautiful as always! If you ever do another build with this kit, there is some absolutely beautiful “no cc desert art” on the gallery. Sunsets, cactuses, mountains etc Definitely check it out 😉
