Been in Blackpool all weekend with the kids. We had a ball. Seen all the young farmers. No problems. They all had a ball.

When I was a child back in the 70s my dad would always take me out for a walk about 7am and say this is the best time of day to see everything, I wasn't sure at the time, but now I'm in my 50s I still come to Blackpool every summer and yes the early morning walk is so relaxing love it

The night after the storm and Blackpool is absolutely dead. Credit to the young farmers for keeping things ok this year. Typical litter that you get in any town after a Saturday night.

Good Evening Stephen. The Young Farmers having a party in Beautiful and Upcoming Blackpool. It should be Treated as Good Foot Fall for the Pubs/ Clubs and Restaurants around the City Center of Blackpool. What is wrong with Young Farmers just having a Good time and letting there hair down. We were Young once remember Stephen. You think about what we probably would have gotten up to on a Saturday Evening. Heading out into the Local Town or City Center. I will say, I am Glad that they had a Good Time and just Partyed all night long.

Great content I've never Blackpool so deserted even the seagulls are asleep I guess they won't have much sleep last night with the noise going on.

I well remember the good times in Blackpool, in our local pub in Sheffield (now long demolished and flats built) we had a vote every year as to where our weekend outing would be, it was always a coach full to Blackpool, many happy memories there and also being taken as a kid even for a day. It was from the early seventies to mid eighties though. A tram ride to Fleetwood market was better than some comedy shows, the traders were hilarious especially the man selling cheap chocolate. Very happy times.

That budding in a poor state opposite the library bug's me too, and what bugs me thr most is the council bought the houndshill centre fir £47.5m before the renovation costs, whilst ignoring the dereliction buildings such as the one you highlighted opposite the library mate. Keep up the great work Stephen.

Was in Blackpool back at Easter, Bond St made me cry. I remember it full of shops and life but was practically all burnt out and boarded up Still love Blackpool but it's not what it used to be

There was quite a group of the Young farmers still partying earlier in an establishment in Padiham earlier when I passed by.

Such a shame about Queen street it used to be Blackpools most prestigious street, my first job on leaving school was in the Walkabout building when it was Arthur J Pye's Tricologist hair specialist.

Remember Young Farmers Ball in the Tower Ballroom 1966 and a few hairy trips there with the Youth Club, happy days.

Loving the pace and stillness of early morning Blackpool after a big weekend Ste, it’s a fun town and it’s good that groups like the young farmers want to still come and enjoy it, I always remember the rowdiness of it all from my younger days growing up there, didn’t the pigeon fanciers have a similar reputation?.

Didn't they lose a valuable statue from that library? Two herberts in brown coats and a clipboard walked in, loaded it onto a lorry and drove off and nobody bothered to check for id's or movement orders and it was months before anyone noticed.

There yesterday,Couldn't get in yates/revolution as it was private & packed.

Sadly, the old job centre and the old post office haven't sold yet, and as for the old hotels, the council bought the houndshill centre for £47.5m before doing any renovations. they could have spent that £47.5m on regenerating the derelicted buildings and the old job centre opposite the library and on princess street into accomodation which would have served the town better. I jokingly bet the stragler forgot what B&B she was in mate hahaha.

Oh gosh i had to nip into blackpool today, was heaving. But that was around 10:30

Remember going to the Palace Nightclub back in the 80's & 90's when I was over from Belfast .... They used to do a promotion when you lifted a leaflet from the hotels " in for a Penny in for a Pound " depending on what time you went in & the bridge always made it look better when going in 😎

You could record that sea sound 2-4 hours and merc it as a Walk on the Wild Side relaxation CD Stephen......true story😉

You know Stephen I was in Blackpool for the first time when my daughter was 2 and I loved it,that was 1993 we went for a day as we were staying at my husbands family in Carlisle, We went back about 10 years ago ,could not wait to come back to London,which isn’t any better really.😢☹️😣😔😡

I rate the young farmers. Im wondering if the people who are not keen on them earn their living in the town. Like my town it has tourism. If i dont fancy it been busy i stock up and lay low until its finished. 😂😂
