The more I learn of Indian cooking, the more I love it. Of all the International foods I have learned about cooking, it is the one dearest to my heart! And this video just ads to that sentiment.
This is for the non-Indians (especially westerners) and relates to a misnomer. 'SPICY' food does not mean 'CHILLY HOT'. People may have observed that Indians use other condiments too: coriander (whole or powder), Cumin (whole or powdered), Fenugreek, Basel leaves, turmeric powder, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, black cumin, white mustard seeds, black mustard seeds, curry leaves, star anise, fennel bulb, black cardamom, nutmeg and on and on. The combination and quantity vary from region to region within India. Even the oil used vary - Indians from southern region prefer coconut oil, north Indians prefer Mustard and Sunflower, somewhere in the Central part use Cottonseed oil, while few even Groundnut oil as their staple medium for cooking. So if you are not into 'chilly hot' kinds of stuff you need not add that and yet enjoy spicy Indian dishes. I hail from a region where one would not dare indulge in the amount of 'chilly' (both red and fresh green variety) our friend here does. But then that is his acquired taste. Thanks

Looks amazing. I have a lot of cabbage. I plan to go the local Indian market for whole wheat bread and I will try to make this. It is great you grow own food. I can't imagine how delicious it all must taste!
