Coriander Seeds 2tbs
Kasuri Methi 2tbs
Cumin 1tsp
Carom Seeds 1/2tsp
Water 1/2cup
Yogurt 2cups
Water 2ltrs
Salt 1tbs
A few years back this was a staple dinner on weekends in desi homes in various regions of Punjab. This roti made of gram flour and wheat flour is very delicious and its pairing with butter milk is great.
