There are many different types (e.g. anjanas, diaños, trasgos, ventolines), and some can be similar to dwarves or gnomes or elves, for example. In Mexico the deunde are thought of as gnomelike creatures that live in the walls of the bedrooms of children, or in the mossy mountain forests. I don’t know what a covid is.
