Cool. How can I submit my dilemma ? I moved in 2 months ago into a new apt but having issues deciding on furniture n layout for a japandi style makeover that is affordable 😅
J’aime beaucoup ce type de vidéos. J’adore l’idée de résoudre les petits soucis d’agencement d’intérieur des gens. Tout mon soutien, j’adore votre travail. 🙏🏻
I love this type of videos centring around design dilemmas 🤩 I'm looking forward to the next one - no matter how long it takes to produce = good results 🎉
Really like this video, a kind suggestion to make videos on Studio apartments as well, I live in a square space studio, with bathroom and kitchen separated at entrance. Would love to see your ideas and suggestions for the same. Thanks.
Agreed, I’m renting studio apartment too and struggling to make the place look bigger than it actually is. Always feel stuffy even though I’m minimalist (I think)😅
So true. I wasted a lot on furnitures that aren’t solid easy to break and hate going through terrible customer service, worst SCAM. Always good to have some starting point 😇
Thank you for making this series! Many of us share similar dilemmas that were showcased in this video and have no idea how to go around them. Therefore, we truly appreciate you sharing this type of content with everyone around the world! Please continue making videos in this series as we will eagerly wait for them! :)
Hey Reynard, since you’re also sort of into minimalism as well, I would love to hear your thoughts on some unconventional designs, such as floor desk, sofa-less living area/floor seating, and layout ideas for using the same screen for work and entertainment.
I’ve been waiting forever for something like this shopping list OMG, always takes extensive amount of time and lots of trial & errors to even know if some furniture piece is worth it or not, very costly too, now I have some references for my next DIY 😅 just wish i could get this sooner haha😅😂
Hopefully one day my submission will be picked, love all your ideas here. Also what a generous gift you put together that furniture shopping list, been looking for rug since we moved in new place and I think I found the perfect one from the list
Love this idea for a series! And the moment you shared the Mega Shopping List I went and bought it 😂 It will surely come in handy and I'm happy to support your creations!
I have a question, the stylish couches all have low backs but I often watch long movies on my couch and need one with good neck support. What do you recommend ?
Both can work well depending on light requirement and how the space is used. Great news is there's an indent to install blinds so they can be relatively hidden, and also extra wall space left and right of window to draw out curtains. Maybe even do both :D
Awesome episode, do you have got some videos about heights of decorations. At the last project you said something about setting up a lamp to create different heights. I understand the concept but at the same time I feel that this is something with what I'm struggling in my own appartment, I have got feeling that your eyes are always drown torwords ground. (I'm into modern minimalism with scandi/japandi elements) Can you explain more? ❤️
Usually I'll determine the placement and amount of light first to narrow down the options (a tall snake plant would look a bit silly on a dining table when you want to have conversation for example). Then source them from local nurseries or garden centers.
Love the concept of this, going over common requests/questions/queries that people are stuck on has given me some ideas for sorting out my own design issues.
I absolutely love this tipe of content, sometimes it can be hard to deal with smaller spaces and decor in our homes, maybe we have the general idea of what we want but at the end struggling with the overall look and feeling of the space. So thank you, I enjoy it very much. Greetings from Mexico city.
I love this video series idea! Focusing on tricky spaces and design dilemmas helps to teach us how to think creatively and solve our space problems ourselves.
Great stuff! Creating chapters within the video would elevate the viewer experience - sometimes I prefer jumping to specific scenarios that resemble my own.
IMO, the following you’ll gain doing this dilemma series will be huge as it’s an untapped genre on RU-vid, you’ve chosen to do the thing other interior designers refuse which is normal small space homes & solutions. An untapped market as a good portion of the world live in small spaces these days. Go forth and prosper, fellow Aussie. ☮️
Hi Reynard, I have a design delimma for an bedroom converted to office for 3 people if you want a challenge. I'm a skilled woodworker in creating cabinets and tables so not limited to only what's available to buy. No budget. Should be a fun project. House style is cape cod and trying to go organic modern inside.
Hey guys I am looking to decorate a new flat and been mulling over getting the rlowell shopping list and planner. Anyone ever used it and is it worth it, especially for someone outside the US?
Love this new series! I just discovered your channel and totally love and appreciate your contents! I am small DIY projects and this one gave me ideas on how to think creatively when dealing with very tricky spaces such as mine. Hoping for more of this! Thank you!
