In this video we are designing Electric panel housing, 3D part Assembly that is used in everyday work. This electric panel is 1:1 scale and can be used in manufacturing.
Also the bend deduction is calculated, and it i'm sure that 99% the bending lines will fit when the part is bended.
If you need help to make it on smaller pieces just write me email.
We are going to use future commands manager, sketch manager, assembly manager, sheet metal manager and others.
Other commands that we are using are sketch for lines, curves, dimensions, body future to make extruded body, extrided cut, loft, chamfer, fillet, mate etc.
This video is made to help, to other designers to improve their solidworks skills.
Here are .SLDPRT and STEP file from this tutorial, but have fun and try to draw it alone before you download it.
