Look at the very design of the video I mean the layout. The presenter AND the slides are shown together side by side which does make for a better viewer experience as opposed to either one of them alone. Much appreciated!
... and in the uK service design is defined by Tech. What happens to service design if we remove the restriction of tech and digital? We can then design services that are defined by people, not within tech.
