The Design Tech Virtual Open House provided an overview of the new multicollege Department of Design Tech and shared information about the new degree program, a Master of Science in Design Technology, to interested prospective students. Attendees had an opportunity to meet the inaugural Design Tech faculty and Department Chair Jenny Sabin. The format includes a presentation and an open Q&A session.
Design Tech is a multicollege, interdisciplinary department administered by the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning (AAP). Participating Cornell colleges include the Ann S. Bowers College of Computing and Information Science (Bowers CIS), Cornell Engineering, Cornell Human Ecology (CHE), and Cornell Tech.
