Designer Chocolate Class 13 | Manisha Bharani Kitchen
Pistachio Bite Chocolate
Ingredients:
Golden Cocoa Butter
Green Cocoa Butter
Molten White Chocolate
1 tbsp Pistachio Powder
2 tbsp Molten White Chocolate
Method:
Take the Poly-carbonate chocolate mold and coat it with Golden Cocoa Butter.
Allow the mold to rest in the freezer for 30 seconds.
Now, coat the mold with Green Cocoa Butter and freeze for 30 seconds. (Repeat this procedure twice)
Now, coat the mold with White Chocolate and freeze for 30 seconds. (Repeat this step twice)
Now, take the Pistachio Powder and add Molten White Chocolate to it and mix the ingredients well to prepare the Pistachio Filling.
Now, add Pistachio Filling to the center of the coated mold and then fill each mold with Molten White Chocolate.
Freeze the Chocolates for 1 minute in the freezer.
Unmold the Chocolates and the delicious Pistachio Bite Chocolates are ready to serve!
