Designer Chocolate Class 3 | Manisha Bharani Kitchen
Biscoff Blast hocolate
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Molten Cocoa Butter
1 tbsp Molten Pure Dark Chocolate
Molten Dark Chocolate
Biscoff Spread
Golden Dust (for garnishing)
Method:
Mix Molten Cocoa Butter and Molten Pure Dark Chocolate.
Now, take the Poly-carbonate chocolate mold and coat the mold with the prepared mixture and freeze for 30 seconds (Repeat this step 3-4 times)
Now, coat the mold with Molten Dark Chocolate and freeze for 30 seconds. (Repeat this step twice.)
Now, add Biscoff Spread to the center of the coated mold and then fill each mold with Molten Dark Chocolate.
Freeze the Chocolates for 1 minute in the freezer.
Unmold the Chocolates and garnish with Golden Dust.
The delicious Biscoff Blast Chocolates are ready to serve!
