Brad I watched this video and I digitized my son's electric company logo. You explained to be so simple and it was. I did in 5 minutes what I have been trying to reading the manual and was lost. My first digitizing program I learned was PCD with Patti Porter in early 90's and that was so hard but I figured it out.But this video struck my brain and it computed. I am finished thank you so much .You have a new subscriber I have a Janome 550 now and use Embrillance on my Mac.I have StitchArtist2

Hi Brad. Been following you for a minute now. :) Learning how to digitize w my week-old StitchArtist 2. I'm sure you figured out what you did with that E by now. You created the exterior outline originally but forgot to close it. You closed it on the 2nd try that's why it worked. Hey, I'm paying attention!! Thank you for your videos. Learning lots!! ~lulu

Good morning Brad,I have been trying to do the running stitch and it is not working for me. I did what you showed in the video is their more to it that Im missing? Also Im very new to this how do you remove last stitch with out hving to redo everything? Im running this on MAC also.

is it sometimes easier to add a comparable bx block font (or comparable font) for the 'lawn care llc' part rather than manually creating it?

Brad, I love this video... I just purchased a used SWF machine (1 needle, 12 thread machine).. I created a new design.. got it running.. to begin with it went perfect.. then changed colors .. it runs a few seconds, then stops.. comes up thread break.. which it is not..Ihit start and it goes through the same thing.. if I hold the run down, it runs slow, but does not stop.. What is my problem???

I need help!! I made a logo.. the first 7 letters are red and should be all stitched out you know without stopping. Well it stops After every letter. Soo annoying!! How can i get it to where all the letters can stitch without stopping??? Obviously until i get to the next color. TIA!!

This video was very informative. However, when I tried to import a design to digitize in Creator, it would not recognize my jpg images. I am on a mac. Any comments or suggestions?
