I thank you for your contribution, but videos are not made this way, so only you can understand each other. very fast videos and even by lowering the speed to 50% I missed several passages. Take it as constructive criticism and review the video with the eyes of a newbie. Giuseppe

at the start of channel i posted long videos a lot , but RU-vid didn't share videos , so I changed my algorithm , unfortunately RU-vid doesn't suggest my videos to people ,
