For waterproofing I use silicone conformal coating on all my drone electronics but, it's not the cheapest and since you probably won't be needing to work on it ever you can just epoxy or I like GE silicone 2, just make sure the silicone doesn't have any acids in it if it smells like vinegar it'll corrode the circuits.
