Can I setup related records between layers with ArcGIS Online only?

Can we use OBJECTID rather than GUID to create a relationship? I've used OBJECTID to maintain the related table but it works weird

You should NEVER use the Object ID in a relationship, or for that matter FOR ANYTHING! It is internally controlled by the software and not guaranteed to remain the same. There are geoprocessing functions that can cause the Object ID to change. You are better off using the Global ID because that's what it is designed for - or set up your own unique ID scheme that you can control.
