Rocket said my exact thought. Eavesdropping is just like people watching and I def do both. It's mostly harmless cause the chance of meeting or even becoming friends with that person is so unlikely. Edit: y'all just might be my favorite YT couple. Y'all just get each other and it's so freakin heartwarming!

Happy new years! I definatly feel you that my resolutions are getting less grand and more achiaveable. One thing that is grand but achiavable this year finally is traveling out of Australia for the first time and going to Japan!

Happy New Year! Instead of resolution I like to do a theme for the year. 2022 was simplify 2023 was the inner child this year is make magic happen , but definitely helps keep me aligned as I make goals through out the year. Also makes it feel like my goals can shift and change as the year goes on.

Omg, EAVESDROPPING!! I do this all the time, whether I intend to or not. Drives my hubby crazy because I'll make faces of affirm/tsk comments made...I agree with Rocket. It is a form of people watching and I love people watching. I never put the two together.

Happy New Year! I hope you do get to have a show outside of Australia, it'd be so cool!! For the past few years, I've pushed goals I couldn't finish the previous year into the next one and I'm doing that for next year too lol. I've been putting it off for the entirety of 2023 because I keep getting scared of rejection, but in 2024 I'm going to be looking for agents to work with so I can hopefully start getting work with picture books. Even if not, just bigger projects than private commissions so I can work towards picture books. Also, not quite eavesdropping but a while ago there was a customer at our store who came to pick up their frames--she was screeching when she got to the counter, something about karaoke machines (which we don't sell since it's an arts and crafts store)--I thought she was yelling at one of my coworkers and was about to start yelling back but thankfully she wasn't. She was in a 3-way phone call arguing about some Secret Santa gift her family received and she was bashing the lady who gave the gift and also another dude. All of it was on speaker, full volume, three grown-ass adults screaming at each other in public. It was so baffling how she didn't care she was creating a scene lmao.

Eavesdropping is the best haha! My main new years resolution is to have a low-buy year, to be able to save money. I have a very detailed plan in place so hopefully it works out :D

I was out for dinner with my pardner and there was a little date happening at the table behind us. We literally only heard him talk and all he did was talk about his mates, parties, all the times he got in trouble at school and his million family members. He went into full detail. I dunno but like it was some weird stuff to talk about on a first date... There may be a good chance a second date didn't happen. 🤣

Eavesdropping is kinda fun hey, in a cafe near our house I remember these two gals were chatting so loud I couldn't hear my mum talking to me. They were chatting about my coworker! And how one of them was good friends with him and how his current gf didn't like her. But this girl deffo was into him and was hoping he would leave his current gf for her. It was HOT goss. And I reveled in it and just didn't say anything to anyone because like didn't really matter at all haha!

Last time I was at a coffee shop I was eavesdropping on the ladies next to me and one of the was deciding on if she should divorce her husband or not. Felt like I was listening to a podcast or something lol.

I LOVE eavesdropping and I believe like if youre talking about your stuff in public then people are bound to be listening. I had a problem with clean while I’m crafting. If I’m crafting and my husband comes home to eat and be with me. I put everything away so we can spend time together in a clean space. I thought I would like the messy status during my working time but I actually find it more relieving to put things away and come back to my project later. Like a fresh start. If that helps you with your cleaning resolution.

The texture needs to be denser for screen print since it'll lose some of its density when it's on the screen. Some speckles of the texture will land on screen holes so they will be gone.

My new years resolution is to maintain a good night-time routine. I used to love getting ready for bed early and reading for half an hour before I went to sleep, now I watch TV or RU-vid til I'm tired and then get cranky about having to get ready for bed 😬 I've already failed on day 1 but I get to try again and again all year 😄 My favourite resolution I've ever made was to "have more adventures" and it was to push me out of my comfort zone or do things that were fun or take the road less travelled when on a walk, and I wrote them all down in a little book; it was a vague resolution but definitely worked! An art show in another country is such an exciting "crazy resolution"! 😍

My resolution this year is more grand, but also a lot of work. I have a knitting instagram that I want to be more dedicated on. I want to knit and sew more while showing others the process. I want to start making my own patterns and sharing them. My biggest obstacle is feeling like I have nothing new to add to knitting or sewing.
