This case is designed to accommodate the widely available 18650 battery and can be supplied with a V3 board compatibile power cord, which needs to be soldered on the battery tabs.
Alternatively, the case can be ordered with a 102050 plug-and-play battery (which has the correct connector wired in); please note that this battery is sitting loose in the case, so BluTack or double-sided tape may need to be used.
The antenna is a crucial part of any wireless device, but the antenna cable is often overlooked. That's why I have taken the step of ordering custom SMA adaptors for some of my cases.
These adaptors are designed to have a 35mm cable length, which is shorter than the standard length. This helps to minimize signal loss caused by attenuation.
Please note:
You need some basic skills in wiring and soldering to install the battery.
The case SMA holes tabs needs to be cut off in order to install the SMA connector in the desired place.
