I think it has to do with her pride on how she’s always the though one and by everything she went through when younger, she believes you have to get up on ur feet by yourself as she did but not everyone is like that... so I can understand how she thinks that way when it comes to therapy and mental illnesses and also the fact she very very rarely opens up about herself and her trauma. So fear and pride I guess
