Do you think everyone has a conscience?
While Emily was walking home, two guys ran past her and stole her phone. She shouted for them to wait. And when they looked at her, she told them to take more. Emily willingly gave them her money and then offered to rob her apartment as well.
But when they got to her place, something felt off. Emily seemed overly indifferent and almost hopeless. And one of the thieves got really worried about her.

Hi I'm going through kidney failure. I do dialysis. I have ringing in the ear. I can't work. Cause my body aches and yet. I never, ever think about taking my life. So many things I have wanna do so. I'm sorry that I can never understand you guys wanna take your life even though you're well and healthy. I envy you because you got healthy kidneys. B.S. to all the lavishing marriages that have sweared to be together through thick and thin but only falling apart only months/years later through selfish reasons. @nicklopez8004 true, yet if you no longer seek approval from others but only from God, you'll grow less insecure, not allow others to devalue you and you'll have healthier relationships with those who put in mutual effort and realize good riddance to the ones who rejected you. That's how you find the ones you're meant to be with instead of the mass crowd who fullfill their needs falsely and cheaply with entitlement, delusional status or forced and onesided relationships. Getting there often takes some isolation first.

There is always hope. I spent several years being severely depressed and suicidal and couldn't see how it would ever change. It didn't happen all at once, but i got through each day one at a time, and now my hard days are fewer and easier to deal with. Now i distract myself and try to brighten someone else's day, and my day always gets better. The sun always rises. Death is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I do believe God will make it all right in the end. But i don't think we have to wait for the end for it to get better. Little bit by little bit, take care of yourself and think of someone else to serve. Be grateful for even the smallest blessings. Pray and get through another day. It seems like a spiral but it's a spiral going up, not straight.
