In today’s video I will be sharing with you how to make dessert cups | Brownie cups with a delicious chocolate filling
The ingredients that you will need are:
2 small eggs
about 1 tsp of vanilla extract ( optional)
105 grams of granulated sugar
30 grams of soft light brown sugar
50 grams of melted butter ( I have used salted butter)
If you don’t you have to add a pinch of salt
25 grams of cocoa powder
100 grams of melted dark chocolate (because I don't like it very sweet)
60 grams of plain flour
The filling:
50 grams of soft unsalted butter
395 grams of condensed milk
35 grams of cocoa powder
270 grams of very cold double cream
50 grams of melted dark or milk chocolate
