Maja Blanca also known as Coconut Pudding is a native Filipino dessert that has a thick and gelatine-like consistency made primarily from Coconut Milk and Corn Starch. It is often topped with Latik, Cheese or Nuts and served usually during holidays and special occasions.
Ingredients:
400ml Coconut Cream
400ml Coconut Milk
2 cups Corn Starch
2 cups Water
410 grams Evaporated Milk
380 grams Condensed Milk
400 grams Corn Kernel
240 grams Cheese
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
