Over 200 thousand people in and around so why people are expecting small town quaintness and perfect social climate beats me ! Nothing wrong with the area and loaded with things to do. Ocean , inlet and half hour from the Darling Range. Bus and train service brilliant and more sporting variety and shopping choices than you can poke a stick at. Perth an hour away if necessary and you have a head start on a trip to the South West. 😎👍

Moved to Canada 3 years ago and I gotta say I miss living in Mandurah.

I lived n grew up in Mandurah back when the population was around 7000 it was a awesome place, old lazy crabbing town. Wish it was still the same.

Yes yes been to MANDURAH 1000s of times . Very BORED with this BORING.suburb . I was u I'd sit your BROTHER down calmly ask him what's going on ????????

Visited here from the UK. Passable environment but you have to take out a mortgage to buy simple necessities. Not for me. Feels soulless and hollow.
