I know I said that I liked Alden, but I think Impauldio has jumped straight into my number one spot. Such a cool concept, and it looks like so much fun to build and play.
Tbh this deck is so effing open ended that you could honestly run those and feel the value from it, freaking wild that someone remembered those cards that's pretty based ngl
I'm actually looking more forward to building Impauldio than Alden now. And since I have Varga, it makes sense I would build his rival deck. Only challenging part is getting the generics and they're not gonna be cheap sadly.
@@Ant-Man-dx4qf BG is an expensive nation sometimes unfortunately, though ya do have pretty good alta thankfully. Regardless, it's super fun yeah, kinda funny how the anime rivalry thing came into play.
I tech in Lady Fencer of Bipolar Nebula and Fluctuate Buster Barrage since Nebula Invoke is 20k shield, may be a good idea. Also I usually Deck out in my matches so I don't know. Here's my list, I need thoughts. List: 1 - Falstater 1 - Ino Progrette 1 - Doras Evolia 4 - Destined One of Exceedance, Impauldio 7 - Crits 4 - Fronts 4 - Heals 1 - Brandt OT 4 - Sentinel 4 - Moonlit Ainsel 2 - Great Sickle of White Flash, Baldareid 3 - GaTHeR 2-II 3 - Fluctuate Buster Barrage 4 - Lady Fencer of Bipolar Nebula 4 - Bullet of Creation Pansmermia 4 - Nebula Invoke Dragon 3 - Airborne Machinery, Vinster
Amazing video and everything, but I gotta wonder like why wasn’t the king Iron Anchor mentioned? Impauldio is great but I think even they would know that the ruler of vanguard deserves his praise
An understandable inquiry my friend, and the answer is quite simple: we wanted to give Impauldio a chance to shine, as the very mention of the Lord would inevitably cast Impauldio into the long Shadow that is Iron Anchor Resentment Dragon.
@@bakuraryu7773 ikr, like Scales' DS also feels low key disrespectful, like him and Welstra both damage ping as their big play but Aelquilibra says no defensives just to 1-up him 😂
@@godsman00 also it’s funny how our deck list is almost almost similar, I just run the shadow army token set order, it does use a CB but it gives a 15k booster same as the g3, and the white flash g1 for more filtering Lastly: welters also say no to defensive in a sense by cutting 10k from the vanguard
Interesting deck, although admittedly not one I will likely run personally. I just rarely like the robotic looking units. Youthberk and Alden talked me into Keter already anyway.😅 Although, a certain CEO’s play style is making a strong argument for going part time with Brandt. I do wonder how this deck will do against Welstra, though. I know it would entirely hinge on how fast you can get your product cards out and rolling, but do you think the power down and retire effects could counter this deck, at least at first?
@@corvidaegudmund1186 I think Welstra could overpower it but if Impauldio can hit strong triggers it could Highroll the match, but at base the power reduction and retires make Welstra a tough matchup
@@studynotslack imo it makes the deck more piece reliant and sensitive to both bricking and control decks. But if piloted correctly you've definitely raised Impauldio's ceiling.
Definitely planning on building this, it looks terrifying, though I’m not sure how well it can do with just the first wave. Given their track record though, Bushi will most certainly give this some more busted support down the line.
It's a strong first wave imo, though it does depend on how well the deck can maximize the use of the self-mod gauges so it could have good games and bad games. Tbh I'd say it's a pretty difficult deck to put down as it is, but if future support can grant gauges more quickly then we can also see the offense get even scarier which is probably the direct they'll end up taking imo.
@@godsman00 Absolutely, I think the ride line plus the 15000+ shield card are extremely good, just a bit underwhelming for the other cards they got, minus the RRR grade 3. If nothing else, six drive checks shoudn’t be underestimated.
Hi Godsman, may I request you carry out a fight night between Impaudio and Varga. With the importance of next week anime fight, we could use a “preview” of it. What do you say?
@@Surfing_Floatzel it's got potential, but it's a bit awkward to pull off optimally so I'd be more inclined to run it just because it heals you, thus allowing you another damage to give for building gauges. But Eldobreath is just so gane-ending as it is so it's hard to not play it 😂
I do not have elbard nor the vendor. I do have the Three cleaning sisters however I am having trouble trying to find the right mix. Any deck list suggestions based on this?
@@hieutube9547 yeah they work pretty well too, the added hand advantage from those cards is pretty darn nice. If ya want to run them I'd say it works out about as well.
If you'd allow me to add an input,I think Brandt ot is too good to be changed in this deck, especially because of impaldo cont with will significantly boost your front row, combine that with Brandt ot doubling the powers ends up making your attacks way too big,and example is you have 4 self modification gauges, your grade 2 on front row are going to be 20k base(30k with persona) Brandt ot cranks them to 60k,and the grade 2 soul blast effect makes them 75k attacker(with crit due to Brandt ot)
It seems not great at first blush, but ngl it could be another way to justify the use of Seyfert in the deck, plus the SB is easy to pay for so there potential there in the grand scheme of things.
