So I tested the new exotic armors for all three classes at -33 power level (considering Grandmasters are now at -20 power), and while the Hunter and Warlock exotics felt surprisingly strong, given the massive power gap, the Titan armor was an absolute letdown. It felt borderline unusable for endgame activities like Grandmaster and Master difficulty. Yet another miss for Titans? After reiterating different elements, I’m confident they’ll work well for you too. A quick side note: the Hunter exotic is currently bugged-it’s supposed to generate more shurikens when hitting a frozen target, but it doesn’t. Once that’s fixed, I’m pretty sure it’ll outperform Warlock builds.

The titan exotic needs a timer. Not a charge. Like 10-15 second cool down. Takes way to long to generate a charge up for it👎. Either that or the charge needs to go up on damage delt, not kills, and they should be fairly generous with it
Technically they gave them one. Small healing when collecting shards, but its so minimal that its unnoticeable. The buff to icefall helps but not enough
