Bungie locked Loadouts because this glitch could also be used to crash the lobby and to stack raid mods and with Crota's End return they don't want everyone using it for the day 1 race. I'll be surprised if it doesn't get patched before Loadouts return. Also there is already some tutorials on it available. For example Cheese Forever covered it on his channel.
