Bungie have just told us about a bug regarding Triumphs that could prove to be very annoying until it's fixed so I shall show you exactly what they mean and how you can avoid it
But this also got me to thinking of the Vaulted triumphs with Exotic rewards that you have only 2 days to get lol - sorry I should have though of this one earlier!
Anyway here's a list of those triumphs, their rewards and how to get them!

Does anyone know how do you replay season of The witch? I'm trying to get the Haruspex title & it says I haven't listened to one radio message & I don't know how to go back and play the story missions on PS5

i think if you go on the char that did the quests, in the helm you should be able to listen to them one after the other.. it's not the holoprojector thing it's the other one next to it. they hsould be an icon above it.

I had that happen. I had to then complete the Imbaru Engine tests (Including Truth and Lies) and get the Ahamkara egg to access the last Radio message
