>final battle of humanity vs the dead >Bran is warged into the past, being protected by Jaime and Brienne >white walker stabs Brienne with her own sword, she lays on the ground dying >cut to young Jaime kneeling, with Aerys Targaryean saying "In the name of the Warrior, I charge you to be brave..' >Jaime kills the WW, and after a brief moment of grief, draws the sword from Brienne, now aflame >cut to Aerys: "Do you swear to defend the innocent and the helpless, in the name of the Seven?" "I swear ›audio of Jaime and Brienne's parting plays as Jaime looks around >"They say the best swords have names. Any ideas?" >Night King appears and stares at Bran, his ultimate target ›"Oathkeeper." >Jaime steps in between them, laughing somberly >"Do you know what they call me?" >as Azor Ahai walks toward the Night King, all that can be heard is a cacophony of voices from past seasons cursing: ›"Kingslayer... Kingslayer! KINGSLAYER!"
There is one good scene or set of scenes in S8 GOT, its the characters hanging out around the fire and drinking and singing in winterfell. Those were legitimatly good scenes
My favourite scene in GoT is Tyrion slapping Joffrey after the people in kings landing throw shit at him or anything in the citadel, i just think the citadel is the coolest setting in the show.
There is one scene in season 8 I will defend forever- when the red priestess walked out of the castle, took off her necklace, & turned to dust. Like much of Game of Thrones, it made you sympathize for terrible people.
I watched this stream. He barely mentions Nathan. Why use this as bait? We gonna watch him anyways especially since he didn't stream today...after an EPIC TAKEDOWN OF BOOGIE1492 THAT THE INTERWEBS STIL HASNT GOT OVER! LETS GOOOOOOO!!!
It's the medieval set is fuckin wild and that's why I loved the Witcher/Game of Thrones etc. Scifi- etc doesn't bother me as much but Fantasy/Medieval genres are great. Not all obviously.
Dawg, why wont be just *watch* House of the Dragon lol. It has all the good set design/same vibe as Game of Thrones... but with actual cinematography as opposed to the weird static shots and the weird "these shots these faces" philosophy D&D pushed so hard on the show.
The show was always doomed to get worse at the end as it set up the two most boring characters (Jon and Dany) to be the main characters, and the main enemy to be fucking zombies. They should’ve done a better job but it was never gonna be better than the early seasons.
It's really so sad that destiny chose to leave his son to go have sex with 20 year old girls. One day when Nathan is a man and having a child of his own Steven is going to have a break down because of what he selfishly did. Nathan is going to have long talks with his wife about how his father left him at such a young age just to be a hedonist. My heart breaks for this son.
Um...yeah. Ya know, Nick, Nathan is with Steven NOW right? And for a man who has NEVER felt the warm touch of a woman, by your own admission, Nick, why would you ever think Nathan would follow your work instead of his own path? Not gonna say you're a loser: I'm a christian. But ya better get your ideals in line sir
"Boo hoo, my dad got hoes, I'm traumatized for life". Go outside, bro. like if Nathan was a poor orphan who got left on the street, and has to work in a coal mine to survive, he's having a better life than the average American. He's in a good private school, hIs mom takes care of him, his dad responds for him financially and is with him at times. He's going to inherit his father's wealth. He's having a better life and a better future than all of us
