Love your pod casts Josh. It is amazing how American politics seems to be topical well beyond its borders. Not surprising for Canada as it was once described, "Canada is like a mouse sleeping next to an elephant...". It nevertheless surprises me that people well beyond the USA borders are also focused on the extreme and disturbing politics of the USA.

That's an interesting chat but a notable aspect of this is the last few minutes where Destiny provides his assessment that the Republicans don't stand for anything any more (paraphrasing). That's lazy or biased or both. They clearly do, even if you don't agree with it. Return to the sentiment from earlier in the discussion where you don't pick sides but want to understand positions on important issues. With that frame of mind it is pretty clear what the different parties and individuals in them are driven by and you can pick out all sorts of things to agree with from both sides. Then park those and have a respectful and rational argument about the middle ground.

I have never seen Destiny own anyone.

I saw "we here we are queer and (one guy was chanting we are coming for your kids but he was closest to the mic. Was there any other videos where this happened. Most of the videos feel like trolls. But maybe show me the video.

I downvoted because of the “we’re here we’re queer..” part. There’s plenty of videos debunking that. It was specifically clipped. In a way where the audio sounded that way.
