Destiny The Taken King - Warlock Arc Subclass - Stormcaller - Full Quest + Cutscenes - OniZombies 

Essentially here is the understanding of each subclass. Warlocks as Academics not only harnesses vast unknown powers, but also try to understand the mastery and discipline of them as well. Opposed to the Voidwalker's annihilation of matter, and the Sunsingers song of light; the Stormcaller's electric trance balances the three by not only simply harnessing and channeling it, but also attempt to understand its chaotic brilliance as well. Opposed to the inextinguishable Solar Light, and the chaotic anti-matter Void Light; Arc light is an uncontainable conflux of pure free flowing energy and thus to master it the discipline it requires is to become harmony within, hurricane without.

5 years later and this is still my favorite use of music in a destiny mission. It really stuck with me. When you stand in the circle to meditate and the drums cut out, you’re left with this beautiful choir singing… the shift in mood gives me goosebumps. Thanks for keeping this video posted for nostalgia sake.

I couldn't help but take in the storm while doing this mission. I find the storm calming. Cleansing. Nothing can best the serene chaos of a lightning storm.

As a Titan, you are tested by a legendary Titan, Ouros, become the first to bring the Sunbreakers fire back to the City in ages, As a Hunter, you attempt to save a fellow Hunter, Tevis, you are too late, but you claim his Dusk bow and learn to harness the void, Cayde notes "He didn't think you could do it" AS A WARLOCK YOU JUST GO AND FUCKING DESTROY SOME VEX MIND AND GO STAND ON TOP OF A DANGEROUS, HIGHLY CONDUCTIVE ANTENNA ON A ROOFTOP AND GET FUCKING STRUCK BY LIGHTNING. As a Warlock main from the D1 beta, I couldn't be more proud.

The beginning gives me chills every time.

I wish we could’ve gotten our third subclasses just like this in d2. I would love to go through a reprised storm caller quest again.

I was always a Warlock main, even back during the First Look Alpha on PS4, but this entire questline ensured that although I have a Titan and Hunter, I would never main them. It really starts with that opening cinematic. "What does it mean to be a Titan?" * insert stoic patriotic speech about the City and its Walls while the instrumental of the fucking Traveler National Anthem plays in the background * "What does it mean to be a Hunter?" 'Maaaaaan, you gotta get in touch with the Wild, dude. Get in with the trees and the animals and shit, y'know?' * smokes blunt * And then when you play Warlock: "What does it mean to be a Warlock? POWER." THAT WAS BADASS. And then when you go through the missions for each questline, it just further solidifies the identity of each class simply by how you get that power. As a Titan, you ask nicely for a bunch of mercenaries to use their forge to make you a shiny carpenter hammer. As a Hunter, you chase a drunk gambler into a garden and literally pry that power from his cold dead hands. But as a Warlock, you meditate and contemplate the nature of a hurricane while lightning strikes all around you and the Vex are shooting at you, and at the end of the meditation, you become that hurricane, and from that point on, the power belongs to you alone. That is why I am a Warlock. I study and understand the intricacies of the different forms of Light, and through that understanding, I become more powerful than any Titan or Hunter could ever be.

I enjoyed this one the most cause it's relaxing n I like how the sound is drowned out like the lightning

Titans: I forged my very own Hammer of Sol from the Sunbreaker forge. Hunters: I wield the Nightstalker bow of a fallen friend to honour him. Warlocks: lmao yeah i got struck by lightning

God i remeber playing this when i first got the game with ttk. I may have put in hundreds of hours into my d1 and d2 hunters but man, i can't get over how my favourite mission was one where i became a warlock storm caller. I tango'd with the zeus and made him my bitch.

This the best class in the game, at least for me.
