This is like when kids movies have little adult references for the parents, except its so random that it might be fun for kids and funny as shit for adults
I feel like if Dan saw this he would say something to the effect, "Not to be...you know...well, OK. But, don't you think...*I* think they were clowning the Jewish character a bit too much in that episode."
@@CuteKiller313 Like with HInduism having schools that don't believe in Gods, I'm sure certain Buddhist schools fully believe in Gods/treat Buddha like a God.
That honestly was really wholesome and funny. Gives some slight drawn together vibes but in a kid friendly way, and the overall message is honestly really nice. No matter what your background is, you can work together and get along.
I'm sure it's been clarified already, just in case though: The Hebrew is correct, and properly RTL, it was just left-justified when it should've been right-justified (since it's a RTL language.)
@@TheTricksterCoyote Well tbh I think they have good intentions. Didn’t seem like they were trying to be offensive. Imo only sensitive people will get upset about this.
so the villians are trying to drain whales of ambergris. which it falls to educate the kids about. guess they didnt have roseanne teach the writers about that. if you get the joke.
Not to AKTUALLY and I get it's a bit of a joke but it's so odd to me that a wholesome and innocent cute girls show with great female representation in its staff (including the director that has come to be one of the most acclaimed female anime directors) has a reputation of being right wing adjacent. K-ON needs to be reclaimed from the Nazis.
Ah yes, Taekwondo, the famously Hindu martial art. And yes, Hindu, the best Abrahamic religion. Move aside Korea, Get out of the way Brahma, We got a new Hindu in town!
They seem to be more going with monotheism, with the hindu chracter being a vaishnavite so that she'll still mostly fit. I doubt the show's creators actually looked too deeply though.
We don't really know new worror never release but The vampire from the new new worior did stay because marvel liked him and he is extremely cool he like morbius and Balde side kick he a pretty fun character
Firstly, 3 of them technically do share the same God. Secondly it doesn't matter even if they don't, that's kinda point of the show to present them as united even tho they from separate religions. Don't overthink the name too much.
4:36 Maybe "Evil" Atheist scientists will actually be the hidden good guys of God's Gang? 😮 5:17 God's Gang: "This is actually lame guys!" *Literally points to the coolest thing ever* Imagine if we had such technology today 😮 7:45 The show is so incomprehensible whether or not its mocking one group or another, I genuinely couldn't tell if this was a parody made by a right winger thinking how left winger would make a religious show or a left winger thinking how right winger would make the show 12:55 Wouldn't NOT having a helmet ruin his afro MORE due to, you know, water? 😅 16:54 Wait so it was always Pro Hinduism propaganda all along? This show so confusing man 😂 18:53 We could've had peace had this masterpiece been released sooner 😢
is it a contradiction to have a bunch of steretypical action of characters representing different religious groups that get along contradict what the media is mission statement is to make entertainment that show religious kids as heroes that get along to show we can get along.? i am so confused i didnt know how to phrase the question.
