A better translation is "Godzilla: Great Lightning-Fast Strategy." I often hear people try to translate this with the word "Blitz" or "Blitzkrieg," but for that to be so, the Japanese words "Burittsu" or "Burittsukurigu" would have to be in there. The trailer for "Kaiju Soshengeki/Attack of the Marching Monsters" is the same as this, just with different title supers, but Toho only has this Champion Matsuri version extant.

I wonder what piece of music plays in the beginning, as it really builds tension and makes this feel more high stakes than normally which the movie is. Awesome movie, my absolute favourite and all the monsters look fantastic (even Minilla!). It really deserves all the love it gets as it is the penultimate movie in the entire series.
Wdym? There are Godzilla vs Gigan, Godzilla vs Megalon, Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla and Terror of Mechagodzilla after this bruh... And Terror Of Mechagodzilla is the last movie of showa era not destroy all monsters...
Considering also its timeline to the year 1999, it would be the last of the Showa era. Only wish had the timeline allowed Destroy All monsters to be the final entry, we would see Mechagodzilla along w/ King Ghidorah so he wouldn't get stomped so badly this time,along w/ Gigan and Hedorah. Not sure if Megalon and Titanosaurus or even MechaniKong would fit. Of the earth kaiju team could include King Seesar, Kong and the Gargantuas and maybe JetJaguar for a total of 15 vs the bad guys with all alien alliance (Kilaaks;Xilians,space cockroaches and Black hole space monkeys).
Of course one of my favorite movies. Too bad that Baragon (The suit was damaged because the body was used in Ultraman if I know it right) and Varan had too short screentime, when I saw the movie first, I was really disappointed because I love Baragon and couldn't see him in action.
baragon was the original monster slated to destroy the arc of triumphe. since the suit was not in good condition, gorosaurus was the substitute. this explains why goro emerges from the ground, an ability that baragon demonstrated in the feature film "frankenstein conquers the world."
@@aztecolatino Yeah, they did the same later in Godzilla VS Mechagodzilla 1974. I heard in the first script Baragon should fight against Fake-Godzilla, but they decided that Anguirus fits better in the scene. So Anguirus has the ability from Baragon to jump extreme long and digging to the ground.
There's gotta some shots from the productions photos stills that has Baragon and Varan and Manda doing something in the final battle. Or destroying the cities? I mean you do see all three in the video screens in the control room. And what about the closeup shot of Baragon in this trailer? So how about a special edition recut with deleted scenes cleaned up, and stock footage. Maybe some cgi magic
Those aren't production photos, they where advertisement photos, taken after the movie was made They used the stiff Varan prop, The Baragon suit and Manda prop to take some pics Baragon's suit was stitched together because of extensive use in Ultra Q and Ultraman, it barley hold up for some scenes Varan's suit was completely decayed, as it was over 10 years old, and had parts made out of packing peanuts and wood Manda's puppet would of been too difficult to handle with King Ghidorah, since KG requiered 10 people to operate, and was prone getting wires tied up, Manda's prop also used a ton of wieres The only deleted scenes for this movie where already released, Its just Manda fighting Godzilla, wich where cut since it didn't make sence that they'd fight
is this the trailer of the theatrical release or the toho children festival release ? since the movie in the children festival release was called Godzilla lightening fast strategy or bliz strategy but the theatrical release was destroy all monsters?
Imagine this but with American Monsters with Kong have the Godzilla role, Suko with Minilla's role, Tarantula with Kumanga's role, Zilla with Gorosaurus' role, Mega Shark with Manda's role, Cloverfield Monster with Anguirus' role and Gaw from the King Kong of Skull Island Novels with King Ghidorah's role and if anyone else knows an American Kaiju to think of comment or forever hold you're piece
